Countdowns, prayer times and date tools in one place
Weekwell answers the questions people ask about time every day: how many days are left until Eid, when Ramadan starts, what time sehri ends tonight, how many weeks are left in the year, or how many days there are between two dates. Every countdown runs live to the second, so you can keep a page open and watch the days, hours and minutes tick down.
The site is built with Pakistan and the Muslim world in mind, without leaving anyone out. Alongside Eid ul Fitr, Eid ul Adha, Ramadan and 14 August, you will find Christmas, Diwali, Holi, Thanksgiving, exams, cricket tournaments and salary day.

Frequently asked questions
What is Weekwell?
Weekwell is a free website of live countdowns, prayer times and date tools. It counts down to Eid, Ramadan, 14 August, Christmas and hundreds of other days, shows namaz and sehri/iftar times for 40 cities, and has calculators for days, weeks, zakat, the Qibla direction and unit conversions.
How many days are left until Ramadan and Eid?
Open the Ramadan countdown, Eid ul Fitr countdown or Eid ul Adha countdown. Each one ticks down live to the second and shows the expected date in Pakistan, which is usually one day after Saudi Arabia.
Are the prayer times accurate for my city?
Times are calculated from the sun’s position for each city, using the method followed locally. Pakistani cities use the University of Islamic Sciences, Karachi method with Hanafi Asr. Your local mosque may add a few minutes of caution, so treat the times as a guide and follow your mosque for jamaat.
Why is the Islamic date in Pakistan different from Saudi Arabia?
Each new Islamic month starts when the crescent moon is sighted, and in Pakistan the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee announces it. Pakistan is often one or two days behind Saudi Arabia, so Weekwell shows Pakistan’s own date and moves Eid and other Islamic days to match.
How do I make my own countdown?
Use Make your own countdown. Add a name, a date and an optional time, then share the link on WhatsApp or save the countdown as an image for your status. Nothing is stored on our servers; the details live in the link.
Can I calculate zakat on gold and silver?
Yes. The zakat calculator adds up cash, gold, silver, savings and business stock, takes away debts due now, and checks the total against the nisab. Gold can be entered in tola or grams.
Does Weekwell work in Urdu and Hindi?
Yes. Popular countdowns are available in Urdu and Hindi, and many pages show the Urdu name next to the English one.
Is Weekwell free?
Yes. Every tool is free to use, with no sign-up and nothing to install.
